Citizens Gas

The new Citizens Gas website allows over a quarter million Indianapolis residents access to a broad range of online services. The online bill pay/easy pay replacement for Citizen's Gas allows residents to pay their bill easily online, saving paper, time, and cost. BitWise integrated multiple applications and payment gateways to give users a single sign on point to make the website as user friendly as possible. A mobile website also gives users access to the website on mobile platforms. This project was a huge success and saves Citizens Gas over $500,000 annually. The Townsend Corporation

Townsend had a fractured online presence due in part to the numerous companies that fall under the Townsend Corporation banner. BitWise united their online brand and allowed them to more accurately represent their brand. They also needed the ability to offer e-commerce to its clients and partners and required a lot of very interesting logic so an "off the shelf" e-commerce platform wouldn't do the job. BitWise was able to build a completely custom online shopping tool for Townsend Chemical where you can browse their products (vegetation management herbicide and equipment), add them to your shopping cart, and pay all through the website.

Indiana Municipal Power Agency

The Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) in Carmel, Indiana allows electric utilities to share power resources and provide electricity more economically to their customers. Although BitWise had built their website originally, it had become severely outdated over a period of nearly a decade. BitWise was able to give them a fresh new look online as well as implement the Kentico Content Management System to give them the flexibility they need to change content and update their site regularly.
